The Talented Tenth Initiative is a personal development and academic enrichment program tailored to adolescent and young men. The Talented Tenth focuses on narrowing the Achievement Gap through implementing strategies to help marginalized male population's access support systems and services for success in academics, career, and life. Participants gain an understanding of what it takes to become and what is considered to be a positive and productive male citizen.
